Mr. Black then moved on to become an assistant principal at Central Dauphin East High School for seven years. Mr. Black earned his BS in Mathematics from Lycoming College, Masters in Sports Management from Millersville University and Principal's Certificate from Temple University.

Mr. Black is a graduate of Susquenita High School ('98) and is excited to be back in the community and school that helped him to become who he is today.

Mr. Ward has been a resident of the school district for nearly two decades. Living in the district, having children that attend Susquenita schools and having built relationships with families in the community has led Mr. Ward to want to pursue a career with the Susquenita School District. Mr. Ward is ecstatic to have the opportunity to serve the Susquenita community in this capacity.

Prior to transitioning to Susquenita Middle School, Mr. Ward served Central Dauphin Middle School and Central Dauphin East High School as a technology education teacher for a combined 12 years. Mr. Ward then earned his Master's in Educational Leadership from California University of Pennsylvania in 2016 and served as an Assistant Principal at Central Dauphin East High School for 5 years.

When time allows, Mr. Ward spends as much time as possible enjoying the outdoors with his family and friends. Mr. Ward can be found chasing musky on the river during the spring and summer and hunting deer and waterfowl in the fall and winter.
