Get Involved in LMC
Bookmark Design Contest: This popular contest is held every fall. Participants create bookmarks with a library or reading theme and then their designs are posted anonymously in the LMC. Teachers vote for their favorites and then the artists' identities are revealed. Winning bookmarks are published after the winter break, in quantities for all students to choose from when they visit the LMC.
Book Fair: Students look forward to this opportunity every February to shop at our Scholastic Book Fair! The Book Fair profit helps us add an additional $1,000 to $2,000 in book purchases every year.
